BIRDY GREY

Shoe Highlight Email
  • Challenge:

    • With limited photography available, the goal was to elevate the brand’s visual presence while promoting our full range of shoes for every member of the wedding party.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I used existing product photography to highlight each shoe style and structured the email to guide the eye naturally from top to bottom. A clean, minimal layout with subtle color blocking let the copy and imagery do the heavy lifting, creating an elevated yet approachable look that let every shoe category shine.

Birdy Edit Blog Email
  • Challenge:

During our rebrand, we needed our blog update emails to reflect a more elevated, minimal aesthetic while still feeling approachable. The goal was to create a reusable template that could showcase multiple product categories—like bridesmaid pajamas—highlight our social channels, and inspire brides, all without feeling cluttered.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I used our new brand fonts and a minimal color palette to let the content speak for itself. Visual cues highlight a TikTok video for inspiration, while a subtle collage showcases key dresses and accessories. The template is modular and adaptable, designed to work in multiple ways while maintaining an elevated, on-brand look.

Little White Dress Launch Email
  • Challenge:

    • We wanted to showcase our new Little White Dresses launch by highlighting that each dress was designed for a different personality and setting. The goal was to inspire brides with lifestyle ideas for each dress, while clearly differentiating styles in a fun and visually engaging way.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I collaborated with Marketing to create a personality-driven email with themes like “for the desert” or “for the beach,” using custom icons and illustrations to bring each dress to life. Lifestyle cues help brides envision each look, and the modular design keeps the template reusable and adaptable for future launches.

Heart PJs Email
  • Challenge:

    • Our social media manager captured an in-office photoshoot to promote our new heart-print pajamas. The challenge was to make the casual photos feel polished and on-brand for email, while highlighting the sweet heart pattern and connecting the imagery to our “Something Blue” bridal theme.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I elevated the photography through thoughtful layout, soft textures, and cohesive color pairing. To tie everything together, I used close-up fabric shots as subtle backgrounds in the lower sections, giving customers a detailed look at the small heart pattern. The final design felt romantic, cohesive, and true to our brand’s elevated bridal aesthetic.

Little White Dress Sale Email
  • Challenge:

    • We wanted to promote our Little White Dress Sale with a design that felt aspirational and on-brand while highlighting the 25% off promotion. Not every dress was included in the sale, so finding the right image that worked both visually and contextually was key. The design needed to balance a promotional message with an elevated, editorial feel.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I designed a clean, airy layout that let the photography shine. A lavender and peach palette—pulled from the florals—created a cohesive, romantic feel, while subtle graphics and a clear promo badge balanced beauty with function for an elevated, on-brand result.

4th of July Sale Email
  • Challenge:

    • For our Fourth of July Sale, we wanted a festive, eye-catching design that felt fresh and on-brand. Our existing product imagery was older and didn’t align with our current aesthetic, so the challenge was to create a graphic-driven email that still felt engaging and celebratory during a typically slow time of year.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I created a bold, text-focused design with hand-illustrated summer icons and subtle animation to add energy and movement. The “SALE” text was dynamically highlighted, complemented by animated fireworks for a playful touch. This email went on to outperform expectations, driving strong engagement during a slower sales period.

End of Year Sale Email
  • Challenge:

    • Our End-of-Year Sale fell right after Christmas, a time when customer fatigue and repeated promotions can make engagement tough—especially since many of the same items had been featured in our Black Friday campaign. The challenge was to create something fresh and festive that tied into both weddings and New Year’s Eve while clearly communicating the sale tiers.

  • Solution & thought process

    • I illustrated a pink wedding cake topped with sparklers to connect the celebratory NYE theme with our bridal audience. Each tier of the cake represented a different sale tier, making the offer easy to understand at a glance. The design felt fun, festive, and romantic, while dynamic product blocks at the bottom personalized the experience based on each customer’s browsing history.
